Background:

I was brought on as a Level Designer to work on an Unannounced Title.

Job Responsibilities:

During my time at WayForward, I was one of two level designers tasked with creating levels for a vertical slice demo that was to be shown to the publishers who owned the IP we were working with.  I was responsible for creating four complete maps in Unreal 5, as well as two boss fight arenas and a couple of small rooms that were needed.  I also helped other team members from different departments with any design assistance they required.

Accomplishments:

The vertical slice demo was delivered, but funding for the project was delayed.  Hence, the budget for the project was frozen and I was caught up in the round of layoffs that occurred because of this.
